Round-Up Week!!!

It's hard to believe that the Round-up has came and gone already!! Summer flies by faster every year it seems. This is one of the things I look forward to the most through the summer....the rodeo, the parades, & my birthday!!!! We had a fun week with everyone, and Roannie the pony was an awesome ride again this year in the parade!!! Thanks Grandpa!!!

Six!!

Reese thinks she is six....well actually I think she just likes saying it,because everyone laughs when she does. She does anything for a laugh, but what cracks me up is that she answers for Whit..,.he is six too, poor kid, she will probaly be this little runt, that talks for him the whole time they grow up never lets him get a word in!!!!

Precious Preemie's!!!!

It is funny how you cross differnt people's paths as you go through life.... today was one of those days!!! We had the best get together ( And YUMMIEST lunch) today.. We had a little playday with some the the babies that we met and have kept in touch with in the NICU. It has been 18 months since we last saw eachother, ( other than the blogs of course) and it was awesome to see how well everyone is and what 5 little miracle babies look like a year and a half later!!


Thank you Megan for lunch.....SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! Next time our place, tell Kinlee to get her rope ready!!!!

Shark Boy & Lava Girl!

Tate & Brinlee are totally taken by the movie Shark Boy and Lava Girl. We had no idea the other had the same passion until about a week ago or so, but now that they are on the same page....that is the ONLY thing on the brain!!! Tate is obessed, and when I got home from work yesterday my mom had made Tate a Shark fin that he doesn't want to take off!! So this morning we went out to the gardens at Thanksgiving point with Pot Pie, Brinlee, and Reagen, and Tate had to have a Lava Girl sign for her!! Luckily she is easlily pleased and she loved it ( I'm not nearly as crafty as my mom) So this is how they looked.....I tried everything to get Tate to wear different shoes...but sometimes you just have to say AKUNA MATATA!!!! So boots spurs and a shark fin!!! Reago, Reese and Whit, were always walking just a little bit behind the two super hero's!!!

Pre-School Graduation

Pre-school graduation...had had tears before the freakin thing ever started!! I was such a sissy la-la about it, but there is something about how cute a group of 3 & 4 year olds are that you can't help it...especially if one of them is yours!!!

It was soooo stinkin cute all the kids stood up there and said their part with pride!! Tate was great, he kinda surprised me how much he was into it. When they started singing puff the magic dragon he sang loud and with a lot of enunciation!!!!!! One more year of pre-school and he can hardly wait to go back to Miss Jeanna!

SeaWorld

Experiencing the world through your kids eyes is one of the coolest things about being a parent... and that is what we did this past week!! We went on Tate's dream vacation..SEA WORLD!!!! and the San Deigo Zoo, and Wild animal park. It was a blast the babies were troopers, we had GG, and Grandpa with us... feed dolphins, saw giraffe's and played in the ocean!!!! Tate was so excited when we got to Sea World, and it all started to make sense..he was like Scooby-Doo, his feet were moving so fast he just wasn't sure where to go next!!! We had a blast, and we couldn't have done it without my parents, thanks you guys the kids are a lucky bunch!!!! So I won't go on and on with every detail...I think this first pic says it all!!!

The Boys Club!

Last Sunday night, Tate wanted to have a boys club camp out, out in the horse trailer,(it does have some living quarters, so don't worry, they weren't sleeping in the shi*&^! ) He was hell bend, and it took some coaxing, but we talked him into a night that we all didn't have to get up and go to work, so Taylor promised him Thursday they"d do it!!! He told him they he could any snacks he wanted, and it would be boys only! ( You had to be able to make arm pit noises to be in......I was out!!!)

So all week Tate has woken up every morning since and asked if it was boys club! We went to the store and got the snacks he wanted...Jerky, Cucumbers, and Cookie Dough!!!! He has been putting toys and clothes and his toothbrushes in there all week! So tonight is the night. Whit was invited, but he was told up front...any whining and he would be sent right back to the girls club!! They have their snacks,( I'm sure Taylor has an adult beverage!) some movies, and alot of reptile and Dino toys. He told me they were just going to be boys, and scratch and burp and stuff!!!!!! ( That is just what boys do I'm told!)

Anyway, the babies and I were kicked out, and I am sitting in the QUIET house... the babies are asleep, and I think boys club should be a weekly deal. I can get a piece of chocolate, sit in the recliner, and watch the Desperate Housewives of New Jersey that I DVR'd!!!!
